Return Policy
PRODUCT RETURNS
- For all product returns, items must be in their original condition, unused, and returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- If you wish to exchange the product for the same item in a different size or for a different design, please contact us first to confirm availability.
- For returns from Cyprus and all other international destinations, the shipping cost is covered by the customer, and prior communication with a LUIGI representative is required.
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear and all accessories.
First Exchange is Free
Exceptions apply to:

Products purchased with yellow or fuchsia pricing (items with more than 40% discount – outlet)

Products purchased under offers such as 1+1 free, 2+2 free, etc.
In these cases, the first exchange is subject to a €3.00 shipping fee.
Each additional exchange within the same order is also subject to a €3.00 shipping fee.
Underwear
Most of our underwear items are intended for strictly personal use and are therefore non-returnable.
We also do not accept returns of items that have been worn.
Products and packaging that cannot be returned include:

All slips, strings, and brazilians, as they come into contact with sensitive areas

Product bundles (packs containing more than one item), such as panties or socks, are considered a single unit. The packaging must remain unopened, as individual items from the pack cannot be returned.
If there is any doubt regarding the condition of returned products, LUIGI's specialized staff will inspect the item to prevent the abusive return of worn or damaged goods.
Swimwear
Exchanges or returns are accepted only if the packaging is in its original condition, the tags have not been removed, and the product has not been used.
You may exchange swimwear in the following ways:
A. Hand-to-hand exchange with the courier delivering the new size or design
B. Exchange at the nearest ACS or ELTA courier location
Product exchanges are available only in Greece and Cyprus. In all other countries, refunds are issued instead.
For orders from other countries, a refund will be issued if the product does not fit.
Important
If the customer needs to return the parcel for a second consecutive time, a €3.00 shipping fee will apply.
Shoes
Shoes must be tried on a soft surface only, until you are sure you want to keep them.
They must be returned in their original condition.

Free Return with BOX NOW:
-If you received your order via BOX NOW and want to return it, the process is simple: Write the shipping number of the package you received (10-digit number), go to the locker that serves you, enter the ten-digit number and press ok. Place the package in the locker and close the door. You just completed the return!
-If you received your order with another courier, you can still return the package with BOX NOW. Just click the link below to start the return process and follow the instructions to complete it easily and quickly.
Return with ELTA courier
Step 1 "Send Package"

*You will not need to pay the shipping cost at dispatch!
Step 2 "Receipt & Quality Control"
Once we receive the package back, it will be checked by the quality control team.
If the product is in its original condition, the refund will be approved.
Step 3 "Refund"
- For orders paid by Debit/Credit card or Paypal, the return of the product value is made to the corresponding account.
- For orders paid by Cash on Delivery (cash on delivery), you must provide us with an IBAN to which you want the refund to be made.
*The amount refunded will be the value of the products minus the €3 concerning shipping costs.
Terms:
- If the product is not in its original condition, we will inform you of the inability to refund and the return of this package.
- The refund concerns the value of the products. Any extra charges from services are non-refundable!
- THE RETURN OF THE PACKAGE MUST BE MADE EXCLUSIVELY WITH BOX NOW AND ELTA COURIER, any other case will not be accepted!
