Order Status and Management
Can I check the status of my order?
Yes! Log in to your account and select “My Orders” to view its status. If you placed your order as a guest, go to “Information” and select “Order Tracking.” By entering your order number, you’ll see all updates about its progress. After placing your order, you can track its entire journey here. Once your parcel is dispatched by us, you will receive a personal message with the courier tracking number so you can monitor its status at any time.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not already been shipped. Please contact customer service at 2310 54 55 56 as soon as possible. Monday–Friday 09:00–21:00, Saturday 09:00–17:00, Sunday 11:00–17:00, or via email at [email protected].
Where will I pick up my order?
Orders are shipped with a partner courier. You can receive them at the address you provide or from the nearest store of the partner courier in your area!
Can I exchange or return a product?
Yes! Υou can exchange or return a product within 30 days from the date of receipt. Simply fill out the exchange/return request form available here. Follow the instructions provided in the form, and our customer service team will contact you to complete the process. Please make sure the product and its packaging are in their original condition. How can I track my parcel?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (voucher) via Viber and email on your mobile device. With this code, you can track the delivery progress here.
Can I change the delivery address after placing my order?

How can I cancel or modify my order if it has already been shipped?
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can return it after receiving it by following the return procedure. You can read the detailed return policy here. How can I cancel my order if I paid by card?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it by contacting our customer service (Monday–Friday 09:00–21:00, Saturday 09:00–17:00, Sunday 11:00–17:00). The refund will be issued to the card you used for the payment. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you can receive it and return it within 30 days. In this case, the refund will be processed within 10 days from the receipt of the returned product. Please make sure the product is in its original condition and packaging. Can I change the payment method after completing my order?
